Just over a month ago, we had the privilege of supporting a meaningful community project here in Brandon. In partnership with the Fire East Anglia team at Bell. Together, we helped transform the outdoor space at Brandon Pre-School Playgroup, as part of their ongoing collaboration with Flagship.

This initiative created a brighter, safer and more engaging environment for the children. Giving them a space to learn and play outdoors.

It was a fantastic example of how teamwork and local support can make a real difference and we’re proud to have contributed to such a positive project read bleow to see how we all contributed as a team!

How everyone made a difference!

Our contribution was a pressure washer, which played a key role in the refurbishment by helping staff keep the newly upgraded play areas clean and safe. This simple yet essential tool made it easier to maintain hard surfaces also ensuring the space remains welcoming for children and families.

The project itself was a true team effort. Involving painting fences and sheds to brighten the area, pressure washing paths and play zones. As well as, laying new paving slabs to create more room for activities and donating much-needed play equipment. This included a mud kitchen and fresh sand for the sandpit. These improvements have transformed the space into a vibrant, engaging environment where children can learn, play and explore.

It’s fantastic to see how small contributions, when combined with the passion and teamwork of local organizations and businesses, can create a lasting impact. This project is a great example of what can be achieved when the community comes together. Providing not just physical improvements, but also fostering a sense of pride and connection among everyone involved.

We’re proud to have played a part in this initiative and look forward to supporting more projects that make a real difference for families in our area.
